Kunlun Break

Hello to all and welcome back.

Today I wish to talk about taking breaks from the practices I have taught to you. For the beginner, doing the methods once per day is good enough for you. I would suggest the red phoenix in the day, and the kunlun in the evening.

People think that more practice is better, but you need to keep a balance between the spiritual and the mun dane world, so more of one thing is not better.

Remember it is quality of doing, not quantity. For those who have practiced over a year, I would suggest every week, take two days off, to be in the mundane, or at least take one week off per month, so that your body, the organs and nervous system, can rest and adapt to the new energies created by your practices.

During the “off’ times, you can do the one breath and being simply empty and observe your world without attachment.

Remember as you evolve internally through our methods, you must then take a break and allow the outer world to catch up. This is as the buddha quotes as the “balancing of the two, and entering onto the middle path, balance, balance, balance

Remember all that kunlun movement you get is not awakening, but purification and opening of the self, to become in alignment with the divine law both inside and outside yourself.

The hard part is in any way of awakening, is to “live” the positive virtues, of compassion, joy and the child-like love of life itself.

Ego, is the hardest battle you will face on this path, being humble, living in tune with the one-law of nature, being simple in your path, as I always say, “knowledge of many, master of none”, keep your path light, enjoy life, be humble, then the kunlun, and nature, and your own awakened spirit will guide you to the path you have seeked for so long.

thank you for reading this, and have a wonderful day,,,max
